I’m a healer, author, and Cosmic explorer, dedicated to helping folks uncover their True Self through a blend of science, spirituality, and transformative coaching. In 2006, I gave up on my childhood version of God and Christianity, and began deconstructing my fundamentalist roots, a journey that birthed my book Into the Abyss (2020), where I explore the integration of quantum physics—my scientific passion—and mystical faith. With over 30 years as a crash safety engineer at General Motors and Ford, and a few years as an innovation leader in the educational space, I now coach individuals as a MindValley-certified professional. My 15+ years as a basketball coach and love for empowering others fuel my “Life Engineering” sessions, where I use reflective questioning, mindfulness, and practical strategies to guide folks toward authenticity and purpose—bridging the precision of science with the wonder of our deepest identity. I also love reading/writing, sports, Dr. Seuss and other poetry, adrenaline-spiked activities, immersing in nature, and deep conversations about stuff that matters.
